Private beta terms.

Colder is a private business-software beta operated by Provarion LLC. Access is limited to approved accounts. Features may be unavailable or change as the pilot develops.

Your account and workspace

Use your own approved account and only connect numbers, calendars and data you are authorized to use. Keep access credentials private. Workspace admins manage membership, lead assignment and access to team call history.

Calls and follow-ups

You are responsible for the contacts you import, calls you place and messages or invitations you confirm, including applicable calling, recording and contact-permission requirements. Respect opt-outs. Do not use Colder for impersonation, harassment or unsolicited bulk messaging. Colder is not an emergency calling service.

Usage and availability

The current demo allowance is for testing and is not a paid subscription. Calls and actions can be limited by available credits, provider restrictions or setup status. No automatic top-up is enabled. Any future paid plan will show its price and usage terms before purchase.

Beta software and third-party connections can fail or become unavailable. Check important appointments and follow-ups, and retain a copy of business-critical information. The beta does not promise uninterrupted calling, permanent storage or sales results.

Your content

You retain your rights in content you provide. Colder processes it to operate the requested features as described in the app privacy notice. Participation does not grant permission to train AI models on your content.

Help and access changes

Contact contact@provarion.ai for support or to request account/data removal. We may restrict access to protect the service or end the pilot, and will communicate material changes affecting participating users.
